Responsibilities:
- Taking inbound calls
- Making outbound calls
- Building rapport and relationships with the clients that call in
- Keeping our database organized
- You will be coordinating other team members and managing their calendars/setting appointments
Qualifications:
- Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Must be able to speak well on the phone and build rapport
- Learn quickly and take constructive criticism
- You must be used to working on a computer and with technology
- Ability to do some multi-tasking – Must be able to answer the phone and talk with customer while looking things up on the computer that will help you gather information about the prospects house
- Reliable – Need to be able to consistently show up to work, on time
- Tech savvy – Need to know how to use a smartphone, google chrome, and learn how to use web based applications (but it’s basically point and click.)
- Typing skills – Must be able to type notes while on the phone with prospects
- Positive attitude – People who will excel in this position are coachable and are willing to grow!
