Key Responsibilities:
– Reply to support and inquiry emails.
– Printing, handling, and shipping of documents to clients.
– Assist with product ordering and inventory management.
– Help keep office running in order.
– Operate company’s training platform for beauty professionals.
– Package products, create labels and drop off packages at post office.
– Manage inventories and reordering.
– Handle company returns.
– Assisting management in secondary tasks.
Requirements:
– Exceptional organizational skills.
– Process oriented.
– Great communication skills.
– Attention to details.
– Computer savvy (knowledge in Word, Excel, Shopify).
– Reliable transportation.
– Great attitude a must.
– Coachable.
Schedule: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.
